I like this mat overall. I use it on carpet, not hard floors. My last two were hard plastic ones that worked great and rolled smoothly, but I had to clean both sides every three months and they cracked after two years. This mat is half the price. It vacuums easily. The chair rolls a bit slower, but that is fine for a desk where I do not need to move around much. For the price, I prefer this over hard plexiglass mats that don't last long and show scratches.
This mat is just what we needed for under my son's gaming chair. He sits in it for hours and has wrecked our expensive flooring. I did not want those traditional clear plastic office mats. This one works on carpet and hard floors. My son loves it and says it is easy to move when needed. It stays in place until you move it. It says heavy duty and it really is. The thinness is awesome, not bulky or heavy. If you want something like this, stop looking. This is it.
This works great on my concrete floor under an Aeron desk chair. Much better than my previous rug. Perfect size with enough leg room and room to back out a bit. Not too much extra space, but just right. The mat does not move much under the chair, unlike my old rug. The design is not flashy but functional and professional. Harder material with stitched borders. First one had defective stitching, but the replacement arrived quickly. Comes rolled in a long box, so no permanent wrinkles. Great product so far. Will update if needed. For 30 bucks, it does the job. I expect it to last a few years.

I love this mat. It lays flat and holds up well. My floor had some wear, so I bought this. Very glad I did. I also switched to rubber wheels on my office chair since the plastic or metal ones were damaging the wood.
The mat came rolled but not too tight. I reverse rolled it to help it flatten. The ends curled a little at first, but after re rolling the edge, it laid flat quickly. The rubbery backing grips my floor really well. I like the black pattern on my basement cement floor. The mat is thinner than I expected, but my chair can roll off and back on easily. The big surprise is the rolling resistance. My chair is now much harder to move. My basement floor has a slight slope, so I used to roll toward or away from my desk just by leaning back. Now the chair stays put unless I push it. I have to use my feet to move, and I love that. Quality seems good. Time will tell how long it lasts.
I ordered this mat for my office chair seven months ago. The hardwood floor was wearing out from the wheels. The mat solved the problem. No curling edges. Nice pattern and no visible wear. My chair glides better on this than any other mat I have tried. I just bought another one for my kid's desk after installing a new floor in his room. I know this mat will protect it from scratches and wear. Good size too.

This is sooo good, I was kind of killing my floor with the wheels of my office chair but this thing is protecting it finally. It does kind of bunch up when the wheels accidentally catch over the edges, but I really like it. No weird smells coming out of the bag.
Love this mat. Wish I had made the switch years ago. Perfect thickness for rolling. Looks great with my black desk and chair. Cheaper than clear mats too. Very happy with it.
Looks and performs great. Came rolled but flattened overnight. Not too thick and chair glides easily, unlike my old mat. Wearing well so far.
Thin and lays flat with no bump when rolling on or off. Not slip resistant. Moving the chair back and forth pushes the mat away from the desk. Even two types of grippers together could not hold it. Aside from regularly adjusting it, the size and quality are good.
A few months in and this thing is awesome. On a hard floor, it takes constant chair rolling with no problem. Durable, flexible, and protects the floor well. It shifts a little from all the movement, but three seconds to slide it back. Would buy again.
